Located in the Lincoln Beach Community Area (97341 Depoe Bay Zip Code) of Lincoln County, the Searidge Condominiums Development offers a fabulous oceanfront community built overlooking the lengthy beach strand of Lincoln Beach. This contiguous beach strand starts at the northern tip of the Salishan Spit Area at the mouth of the Siletz Bay Estuary, extending southward for several miles eventually meeting the Headland of Fishing Rock positioned south of the development. The Searidge Condominiums Development offer condominium units configured as either upper or lower units, with some of the units possessing scenic vantage points of the sandy shorelines and the white water surf coming ashore.

The Searidge Condominiums Development is located on the west side of the highway, directly accessible off the Pacific Coast Scenic Byway via a front entrance turn-out. The front entrance area includes a gated entry into the development, a paved area setup for visitor parking, the living quarters made for the onsite manager and an office setup for the condominium owners association. The Beach Strand of Lincoln Beach borders the western edge of the oceanfront development along with the Pacific Coast Scenic Byway adjoining the eastern side of the community.

The Searidge Condominiums Development was built in the 1980s over a multiple year time period constructed in a phased project roll-out approach. The community design includes a series of individual buildings constructed with multiple condominium units designed within the same building providing either upper or lower unit configurations. While the general layout of each condominium unit is similar in its exterior design, the interior aspects of the each unit reflect different decorative finishes based on the preferences of the owners. Also, the community design plan was completed based on the owners selecting either covered carport areas for parking or choosing enclosed garage structures configured with storage space shared between two owners.

On the oceanfront side, the development includes three buildings built facing the sandy shorelines and the ocean breakers coming ashore. Another substantial section of the community includes buildings constructed around a large greenbelt area located in the center interior of the development. These units are often referred to as Meadow Units, and generally provide vantage points of the white water surf from the interior of the unit as well as from their individual deck areas facing the grassy meadow area. Also, several buildings were completed on the eastern end of the development offering a lower investment range into the neighborhood and general views of the common areas of the community.

The Searidge Condominiums Development includes a nice selection of amenities highlighted by a wonderful beach access pathway leading down to the ocean shores. The pathway is available to the community and is located on the western end of the development. The beach access pathway connects to the main street system built within the community and is located near the nature pathway designed within the grounds of the meadow greenbelt. The Beach Strand of Lincoln Beach is well-liked for its beautiful ocean scenery, its sensational wave action during high surf conditions, and the nice agate hunting opportunities found on the beach sands after seasonal storms.

Additional community amenities include two wind-sheltered outdoor tennis courts with surround fencing, a pathway leading through the meadow greenbelt, a separate outdoor hot tub area built on the western end of the greenbelt, and a clubhouse area with outdoor decks. The clubhouse area includes an outdoor swimming pool with surround patio seating, changing restrooms and the clubhouse itself. The clubhouse configuration features two levels and contains a lounge area, an area setup for enjoying ping pong activities and a pool table area located upstairs.

The Searidge Condominiums Development is served by water and sewer services provided by the Kernville-Lincoln Beach-Gleneden Beach Water District. Also, electrical and natural gas services are available within the community along with phone and television services. All condominiums developed within the Searidge Condominiums Development are covered under the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions recorded by the Developer as well as the zoning rules administered by the Lincoln County Planning Department. The active governance of the Development and its associated affairs are now handled by the condominium owners association with a board of directors elected by the individual property owners.
