The Central Oregon Coast Real Estate Market is a patchwork quilt of county neighborhoods, small cities, and planned unit developments. Our Lincoln City Real Estate Office handles the north half of Lincoln County Oregon and Southern Tillamook County Oregon. This encompasses the major Oregon Coast Property markets including Pacific City real estate, Neskowin real estate, Roads End real estate, Lincoln City real estate, Gleneden Beach real estate and Depoe Bay real estate.

Our Newport Real Estate Office handles the south half of Lincoln County Oregon including the primary Oregon Coastal Property markets including Newport real estate, South Beach real estate, Seal Rock real estate, Waldport real estate and Yachats real estate.

Wonderful sandy beaches characterize the North Section communities with nice strands found in Pacific City, Neskowin, Roads End and Lincoln City. The area has several Oregon State Parks including Bob Straub State Park (SP), Neskowin Wayside SP, Roads End SP and the D River Wayside SP.

The North Section features many water settings, showcased by the Devils Lake Recreational Area located within Lincoln City. River and Creek settings include the Nestucca River System, the Salmon River System, Slick Rock and Bear Creeks, and Schooner and Drift Creeks. Other Points of Interest feature Cascade Head and its estuary, Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock, Proposal Rock and Lands End.

The Central Section offers a combination of pristine sandy beaches, basalt formed coastlines and the Siletz River System. Key beach strands are available in Salishan, Gleneden Beach and Lincoln Beach. The communities of Depoe Bay, Miroco and Otter Rock offer rocky shoreline settings with crashing waves and spectacular sunsets. The Siletz River flows westward into the Siletz Bay ecosystem, helping to create the Siletz River National Wildlife Refuge Area.

Oregon State Parks located in this area include the Gleneden Beach SP, Fishing Rock SP, Fogerty Creek SP, Boiler Bay SP, and Depoe Bay Wayside SP. Additional Parks include Rocky Creek Wayside, Cape Foulweather SP, Devils Punchbowl SP and Otter Rock SP. Other Points of Interest include the Salishan Spit, Depoe Bay’s Harbor, Seawall and Spouting Horn Blowhole, Cape Foulweather’s Lookout Gift Shop, and the marine gardens in Otter Rock.

The South Section offers outstanding beach strands within Newport, South Beach, and Waldport. Seal Rock and Yachats offer majestic shorelines and scenic sea stacks. The area offers three major river systems: the Yaquina River, the Alsea River, and the Yachats River. Other water settings include Yaquina Bay, Beaver Creek, Hidden Lakes, Alsea Bay and Ten Mile Creek. Newport features one of the Oregon Coast’s largest commercial fishing fleets and working harbor areas.

Yaquina Head, Yaquina Bay and Heceta Head are three famous lighthouses located within the area. Key Oregon State Parks include Beverly Beach SP, Yaquina Bay SP, South Beach SP, Lost Creek SP, Ona Beach SP and Seal Rock SP. Waldport houses the Governor Patterson SP and Beachside SP, while Yachats features Yachats Beach SP & Yachats Ocean River SP. South of Yachats, the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area offers incredible ocean vistas, nature based hiking trails, and wonderful picnic settings.
