The Coastal Communities showcased here correspond directly to the Area Code Classification System utilized by the Lincoln County Oregon Board of Realtors® and are grouped together as the southern section. This Area Code Classification System is the basis for categorizing properties placed within the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and features two major area groupings, a north section group and a south section group.
