Lincoln Beach - Pacific Palisades
Heading south from the Searidge Condominium Development, the central section of Lincoln Beach offers additional residential housing zones located on the west side of Highway 101. These neighborhoods are accessible from the coastal highway and include a combination of custom homes, manufactured homes and multi-family properties, coupled with shared community beach access points to Lincoln Beach. Additionally, the central section includes several housing subdivisions and local streets on the east side of Highway 101 creating extra housing options. Lincoln Beach has a local grocery store that serves the Gleneden Beach and Lincoln Beach Communities. The grocery store carries a nice selection of products with a full service deli/bakery operation, and is a popular choice for commuters passing along the coast highway. The long contiguous beach strand of Gleneden Beach and Lincoln Beach eventually meets the rock formations known as Fishing Rock on the south end of the beach. Just to the north of Fishing Rock is the residential development named Pacific Palisades. The Pacific Palisades subdivision has approximately sixty home sites, a very affordable homeowner association fee schedule and covenants to enhance the value of the neighborhood. Pacific Palisades features ocean front home sites, ocean view housing choices and some interior non-view lot locations. The community has a stairway access to Lincoln Beach that serves the entire neighborhood. Pacific Palisades is located within a short drive or neighborhood walk to the Fishing Rock State Park, providing access to the rock formations of Fishing Rock.
