Central Neskowin
The Central Section of Neskowin features a combination of natural wetlands and marsh areas, balanced with several nice residential developments overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Sahhali Shores is one community that showcases superb residential development, while maintaining the beauty and harmony of its natural surroundings. The Sahhali Shores Development features fantastic home sites with impressive panoramic ocean view lines, from Haystack Rock in the north, to Cascade Head in the south. Also, the community includes a section of town homes affording fantastic ocean views, and a new development project underway known as Sahhali Shores South. The community features a nature trail system leading to the ocean shores as well. Heading south, the Hills of Neskowin offers a community with ocean view home sites facing west towards the natural wetlands and the ocean shorelines situated on the west side of Highway 101. Further south, several neighborhoods have been developed on the hilltops overlooking these same wetland areas and the Neskowin Beach Golf Course. Several other residential neighborhoods are available on the beach side of the wetlands including the Neskowin North subdivision and the north end of the Neskowin Village. These locations provide wonderful beach access to Neskowin Beach.
