Horizon View Hills - Winema Beach
The Nestucca Spit separates the beach strands from Pacific City and Neskowin. At the north end of Neskowin is an area sometimes referred to as Winema Beach. The main development in this area is called Horizon View Hills. This residential community is located along a hillside bluff overlooking Winema Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The development features oceanfront facing homes as well as ocean view properties. The development is located off Highway 101 and yet is situated on the hillside away from highway traffic. The development features a community access to the beach as well. The north end includes some other residential homesites as well as a Christian Camp known as Winema Christian Camp. A scenic turn-out is located on Highway 101, offering a spot to enjoy this beautiful area.
