Neskowin
Neskowin is one of the key communities found in the southern part of Tillamook County and features some of the nicest residential areas developed along the Central Oregon Coast. The community area features pristine sandy beaches, rolling hills, open wetland areas, and various treed/rural country settings. The Neskowin Community Area includes primarily residential neighborhoods along with a very select amount of commercial real estate developments. The Neskowin Area features an Oregon State Park known as the Neskowin Beach State Recreation Site and a seasonal nine-hole golf course named the Neskowin Beach Golf Course. Highway 101 provides the main access to the community and its associated residential neighborhoods. While the community offers limited shopping resources, the Neskowin Area is located within an approximate 15 minute drive to the merchant resources of Pacific City to the north and the City of Lincoln City to the south.
