North Aerial Guide Overview - Tour Four
City of Depoe Bay - Northpoint Neighborhoods

The north end of the Northpoint Neighborhood includes several condominium and resort developments located on the rugged basalt rocks overlooking the ocean and the oncoming waves. These developments offer one of the Central Oregon Coast’s best places to marvel at the awesome forces of nature and for whale watching right off your deck. Just south of the Boiler Bay State Scenic Viewpoint is the condominium development known as the Thundering Shores Executive Estates. The Thundering Shores Development features a three story building with individual condominium units on each level and excellent views of the wave action as it enters into Boiler Bay. During wild surf conditions, the thunderous roar created by powerful waves crashing the shoreline gives the development its appropriate name. The Thundering Shores Development offers plenty of parking options, allowing quick access to Highway 101 and is a short distance to the Boiler Bay State Scenic Viewpoint Park facility. Also, the property has elevator access between the three building levels. The next development to the south is the Village at North Pointe, which includes two main ocean-facing buildings, each with three levels. The Development offers individually owned condominium units supported by a variety of clubhouse amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, workout room, pool table and a 19-seat theater room. The next development is the WorldMark Resort known as Whale Pointe at Depoe Bay. The WorldMark Development is a very popular destination stay due to its oceanfront location and amenities highlighted by an indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pools, tennis and sport courts, fitness rooms, and an outdoor playground area. All three developments accentuate the best of the Oregon Coast lifestyle, whether it is watching winter storms indoors, gazing for whale spouts, taking the pleasure of a beautiful sunset, or heading outside to enjoy the natural splendor of the Oregon Coast and the Great Pacific Northwest.
