City of Depoe Bay - The Development of Little Whale Cove

One of the finest aspects of Little Whale Cove is the harmonious balance of its residential development joined together beautifully with its natural evergreen surroundings. The interior sections within Little Whale Cove are comprised of mainly individual custom home sites, several planned residential projects and an area devoted for recreational use. The residential projects have been developed over different time periods and include the Meadow House Townhouses, The Pines Condominiums and most recently, the Innisfree Patio Home Condominiums. Centrally located, the Recreation Center Complex offers the indoor amenities of a fitness/workout room, a heated pool and spa, two locker rooms, two indoor lighted tennis courts, a meeting area with a kitchen, and a library reading room. Outside, the complex has outdoor tennis courts, a deck area for barbecuing, a horseshoe gaming area, a paved lot for visitor parking, and access points to the pathway trail system.
